Hamid was the Logica Programme Director working together with Electrabel for successful delivery of the New Retail Platform in 1.5 years from Blueprint to full live operation. Hamid has also led the development of SAP based cost models, architecture blueprints, and roadmaps for major energy supply businesses in the UK.

Simon has a successful track record of growing businesses and winning orders.  In his last business venture he created a high quality consultancy business from scratch, selling and delivering customer services and efficiency change programmes in local government.

Previously, Simon was UK client engagement director for the ECsoft group, where he delivered record revenue.

He is an experienced troubleshooter, advising management boards on how to improve operations and lead transformational change.  Anthony has a track record of successful delivery of complex IT programmes and proven ability to lead acquisitions, sales campaigns and win major orders.

Prior to joining Bryok, Anthony spent 22 years with Logica, where he became Managing Director of Logica UK.  He achieved strong profit growth and led the company's success in energy & utilities, the public sector and outsourcing.   Anthony was CEO of LogicaCMG's continental European business, where he spearheaded the European integration of Logica and CMG.

A transformation practitioner, Colin was the process vision holder and transformation advisor for major UK and European transformational programmes within the de-regulated Energy and Utilities market. Following professorial appointments in Europe, North and South America, India and China, he is also Professor of Direction and Leadership at the University of Lincoln, a member of the Professional Accreditation Committee and Board of Examiners of the Institute of Directors and the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee of the ACCA.

Colin led the COBRA initiative of the European Commission, which examined business restructuring across Europe and developed a European Approach to re-engineering and transformation. He is the principal author of the resulting methodology which has been used by over 400 companies and other organisations to transform corporate performance. Tools incorporating critical success factors developed by one of the companies he chairs have won awards at national and international level.

Steve has specialised in the finance sector; specifically in banking, trading, and surveillance systems.  Steve is a key advisor to the Swiss Stock Exchange (SWX) on the technical and business implications of major new initiatives (including MiFID), particularly as they relate to the surveillance function.   Steve also acts as application architect across the OMX x-Stream and SMARTS landscape.

Steve had his IT grounding at Logica where he spent 20 years.  He was UK Director of Trading Systems, before becoming Managing Director of Logica's international financial services business.  He built financial services into Logica's largest international line of business.

Steve has market vision, creativity and client empathy, backed with strong leadership and communication skills. He initiates and leads change, identifies opportunities and innovatively solves problems. Steve has sound general management experience, an excellent grasp of commercial and technical disciplines and delivers the bottom line.
