Simon leads Bryok’s ideas and proposition development in financial and energy markets.  He derives innovative ways to help customers respond to market and regulatory demands, cost-effectively.   He is head of Bryok’s Integrity & Regulator Practice and is leading Bryok’s response to the REMIT regulations in Energy Markets.

Simon is a renowned innovator and thought leader.  Simon led the formation of the AVENUES Alliance (www.avenues-alliance.org), a network of independent financial market experts and advisors, capable of responding fast to the most challenging customer demand.

Simon is also an experienced change manager and technology implementer. He is practiced in establishing the business case and driving the resultant change.  He is expert in complex solution procurement and organizational development.  Simon led the Organisational Design stream of Electrabel Belgium’s B2B transformation programme and developed the Stroomopwaarts programme plan for Electrabel Nederlands.

He currently assisting a major Regulator, helping to define and procure surveillance technology capable of detecting cross-venue and cross-asset-class abuse and manipulation.

Prior to Bryok, Simon created a high quality consultancy business from scratch, selling and delivering customer services and efficiency change programmes in the Public Sector.  During this time Simon took a lead role in designing, selling and managing many change programmes within twenty UK Government organisations.
